| Service & Warranty Below are some of the service and warranty highlights for our products. The items below are not all inclusive and are subject to change without notice at the manufacturers discretion. Warranty Sunstream Corporation (the "Company") warrants it's Recreational Products for a period of 3 (three) years, in both fresh and salt water to the original purchaser (the "Purchaser") against defects in all product materials and workmanship beginning on the date of purchase of the product from Sunstream. Exclusions This warranty does not apply to damages cause by or due to: 1.) accidents. 2.) commercial use . 3.) faulty assembly or installation if not performed by Sunstream employees. 4.) modification or repairs made without permission of the company or use of parts not specifically designed for use with the product. 5.) Normal inspections are not performed (once a year). Saltwater Requirements and Exclusions If any Sunstream product is used in salt water the Purchaser agrees that proper maintenance requires that the purchaser shall attach maintain and regularly check sacrificial anodes also known as "zincs" to the product to prevent electrolysis. Failure to maintain the zincs constitutes abuse and voids the warranty. Underwater lights systems & Dock Jock Lift systems are not warranted for salt water use regardless of zinc use. International warranty Purchaser agrees that if Product leaves the borders of the United States, Puerto Rico, or Canada the purchaser will pay all shipping cost duty fees, taxes, labor, and any/all expenses relating to the product at all times whether due to initial purchase of the product or due to warranty based repairs, or replacement of parts. Delays/Damages Sunstream shall not be liable for any loss, damage or delays occasioned by fire, strikes, stolen after delivery upon premises, look outs, act of God, or the public enemy, accidents, boycotts, materials shortages, disturbed labor conditions etc. Permits The Purchaser shall secure and pay for all permits, governmental fees and licenses necessary for the proper execution and completion of the work, in accordance with code requirements in the Purchasers place of installation. |
